The Queen as a Witch (Snow White) (She could be a boogey-woman LOL)
Jafar (Aladdin)
Ratigan (the Great Mouse Detective)
Scar (The Lion King)
Frollo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)
Hades (Hercules)
Dr. Facilier (Princess and the Frog)
Scroop (Treasure Planet)

I Most certainly Agree with that list!
And I also have no doubt that Oogie Boogie would be used too! (especially since he IS the Boogey Man himself)
And I also think that Maleficent especially would be used as a Boogey Figure
