Thornton W. Burgess's Animal Books
Chronicles of Prydain (which are what Disney's The Black Cauldron are based off)
Dear America, Dear Canada, and My Story (UK) Diaries
American Girl Books
Wonder by RJ Palacio
Kate DiCamillo's books
And, I'm starting to grow interested in the "Dog Diaries" series, as well as some of Judy Blume's books.
